Q1. How did this exercise help you to improve your communication skills?
i think this exercise helped me to improve my time manegement skill. I tend to finish my presentation very earlier, and actually my presentation on the last week went quckly at the 1st time, but at the 2nd time, i tried not to go quickly and speak slowly. The 2nd time, i think i could make a better presentation.
Q2. what advice can you give classmates about poster design?
i think its better to use big sheet of paper for the poster because if a paper is small, its difficult for audience to see it cleary and you cant write words messily!

Interview on Bioethics in the class
To practice interview skill, I interviewd and asked my CM class mates-Mami and Hideki about the question "If you could genetically engineer your child, would you do so ?". The reason why I decided to interview them was to share the class together. The interview was took place in the CM class on December 14th.
Both Mami and Hideki answered the question "Yes." and the reason why they thought was that the genetically engineering would prevent childlen from congenital deseases( both physicall and mentally).
My comment on interview (process) itself was that I felt it easier than discussion because in interview, we don't have to express our own idea.
My response to the comments my interviewee expressed toward the question was that I agreed them. However, I am not sure if we are "right" or "Not". I think it is quite difficult to make a decision of such an important issue of the genetically engineering in such a short time of thinking. I think this issue is a sensitive and requires careful handling.

my interst: the "egg auction"
I'm interested in the auction of model's eggs on internet in the U.S.
Today, the exchange of sperm and eggs is legal in the U.S. Under the influences of this approval of the low, a person came up with weird idea of the "egg auction".
The "egg auction" is organized by an entrepreneurial American photographer and it offers the eggs of eight models (whose pictures are shown on the web site) to parents hoping to have "beautiful children"(Daily Yomiuri).
The prices of the eggs are ranging from $15,000 to $150,000(Daily Yomiuri).
I strongly object to "egg auction" bacause it seems to me that "egg auction" is against the humanity. Buying and selling eggs seem to me that eggs are treated as "products". Definitely, eggs are not just "products" but the human life. Thus, I disagree with "egg auction".
